SCHEDULE OF EVENTS
Join us for two all-breed shows with supported entries and the HOSSC Regional Specialty, including Sweepstakes, 4-6 month Puppy, Stud Dog, Brood Bitch, Brace, and Veterans classes.
Thursday, 10/1/26 (or before if you like):
- Camping available at the show site on a first come, first serve basis with no reservations required.
- If you would like to arrive early, or stay late, contact the fairgrounds for more information (https://www.fultoncountyfair.com/camping).
Friday, 10/2/26:
- Grooming opens in Merchant Building prior to start of specialty show (Time TBA)
- HOSSC Veteran and Puppy Sweepstakes (Judge: Ms. Eileen Heiple)
- HOSSC specialty classes, beginner puppy, junior showmanship (Judge: Mrs. Charlene Rutar)
- Sussex Parade of Rescues and Titleholders
- Hospitality – drinks and snacks available during judging: sponsored by HOSSC
- On Site Dinner Banquet, Welcome Bags, HOSSC Annual Awards
Saturday, 10/3/26:
- Fulton County Kennel Club – HOSSC supported entry (Judge: Mr. James M. Fankhauser)
- Halloween parade after Best In Show
- Refreshments provided!
Sunday, 10/4/26:
- Fulton County Kennel Club – SSCA supported entry (Mr. Ken J. Murray)
Important Deadlines
- Catalog ads: August 5
- Catalog orders: Available for online ordering until they sell out!
- All breed shows: entries close September 16 at 12PM
- HOSSC Specialty and Beginner Puppy Event: entries close September 16 at 12PM
- CGC/CGCA and Trick Dog Testing: YOU MUST PRE-ENTER; Entries close September 16
- Parade of Rescues and Titleholders: September 16 at 12PM
- Dinner Banquet Reservations: September 16 (includes Welcome Party)
- Trophy Donation: online donations taken until October 1
- HOSSC RV parking, handicapped parking: September 16
- Grooming: no need to reserve - it's free and plentiful!
